My first try at writing gospel, a total different deal from rock or love ballads. It felt
great, I needed to get close to God anyway. I was working with Wendell Lee and his
church's gospel group. They were doing a CD and I was helping Wendell produce it.
Instead of smoking a joint or having a few drinks to get ready for the session, they
would all pray together. I was all ears and eyes. Thank God!!
